  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15 mL)
  • 1⁄4 cup hummus (50 mL)
  • 4 to 6 thin slices red onion
  • 1⁄2 cup diced seeded cucumber (125 mL)
  • 1⁄4 cup sliced roasted red bell peppers (50 mL)
  • 1⁄4 cup drained pitted kalamata olives, halved (50 mL)
  • 1⁄4 cup diced seeded tomato (50 mL)
  • 1⁄4 cup crumbled feta cheese (50 mL)
  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch dried oregano
