Trans fats are can cause serious problems in your body such as blockage of arteries and heart problems. You want to avoid products containing trans fats. Remember, just because it says No Trans Fats on the front of a package does NOT mean it doesn’t have any. Check the nutrition label – trans fats go by other names such as partially hydrogenated vegetable oil. Never trust the info on the front of a package.
