Berry Salad With Champagne Pear Vinaigrette

This looks awesome!

LE ZOE MUSINGS

My goal right now is to eat more salads on the regular. Oh– and to join Yoga ASAP! Consuming salads daily can get pretty boring but thanks to Pinterest, I’ve found many salad inspirations that are drool-worthy. Made a very delicious and light salad recently that had to be shared. It was a berry salad with champagne pear vinaigrette which was so perfect for the season.

Ingredients include artisan lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and assorted honey roasted nuts.

How did I make the champagne pear vinaigrette? I bought it from Trader Joe’s! It has the tiniest chunks of gorgonzola cheese. So yumm.

Rain or snow, sleet or shine, Pinky and the crew take strides to form a more sustainable way to enrich the lives around them. It’s an environmentally friendly way of putting vacant lots to good use, a thoughtful means of introducing more nutritious foods into people’s diets, and a fun chance to enjoy…
